I am a bit late today, but wanted to thank all of our brave soldiers who have sacrificed so much, for so many that they don't even know..Thank you ! To you and your families..from the bottom of my heart..
Let Freedom Ring!

I love watching them fly. Here it is sometimes difficult to tell from the distance if it is an eagle or something else. I've learned to look for the "glowing" head. The white of the eagles head just seems to glow. While other birds of that size do not have white heads so they don't glow.

When the feeling is low... going back to the nature and feeling the surrounding... the wind, the voices... is the best thing to do... and with the Earth Prayer and the other musics, it really help uplifting the wounded soul... enegizing the soul... thank you for sharing...
